What We Offer
We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. We’re sure that you’ll find something to suit what you’re looking for at Thrive Northcote.

Our strength classes combine compound movements, stability exercises, balance and full body exercises. They’re designed to improve your overall strength and maintain muscle, within a progressive training block with a variety of movements. Our strength days are Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday.

Our fitness classes are aimed at getting your heart rate high to improve your cardiovascular health, utilizing cardio machines and full body resistance exercises. The intensity is high, whilst keeping impact on joints low. Our cardio days are Monday & Wednesday.

Our Hybrid sessions are a combination of both Fitness and Strength. These will have isolated Strength exercises, cardio stations and core workouts all in one. Making it a truly well rounded session! Our Hybrid days are Friday & Saturday. So if you’re looking for a full body workout, these two days are for you!

Our mobalise session runs for 25 minutes and is a focus session to open up your back hips and shoulders. Designed to improve how you move, reduce stiffness and keep you pain free. Perfect before or after your workout, or as a reset on its own. These sessions run on Saturday and Sunday.

An invitation to gently move the body and turn inwards to release deep tension within the body. The second half of the class will incorporate long holds to target the connective tissues and stretch the body. You will leave feeling nourished and more connected to your body and mind. Modifications are provided. Suitable for all levels. Our Yoga session runs on Sunday at 11am.
